What matters for a tool holding company content, before the price matters.

  • Application in Frankfurt, database in Ireland

    Your account, your posts and your images are stored in the EU: the application runs in Frankfurt, the database in Ireland. Transport is encrypted throughout, and the credentials for your social media accounts are additionally encrypted in the database.

  • No training on your content

    The AI providers behind kontiqo are contractually barred from training on what passes through the API. Which ones they are is listed by name in annex 2 of the data processing agreement - not in a general statement of intent.

  • DPA signed electronically, with a record

    Company accounts sign the data processing agreement inside the account, with a version record and traceable proof. No PDF back-and-forth.

  • You can get back out

    A full data export as an archive by link, and account deletion you carry out yourself in the settings - no waiting period and no asking us.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. It then runs until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my data after cancelling?

After cancelling you keep access until the end of the billing period, then you move to the free plan. Your data is kept - you can export it any time or delete your account entirely in the settings.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. On an upgrade the remaining amount is credited pro rata.

Is kontiqo GDPR-compliant?

Yes. kontiqo is hosted in the EU, does not use your content for AI training and runs cookieless analytics. We only use the Meta Pixel for ad measurement if you agree in the cookie banner. Business customers sign a data processing agreement right inside their account.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU: the application runs in Frankfurt, the database in Ireland. Transport is encrypted throughout, and the access credentials for your social media accounts are additionally encrypted in the database.

Do I get a data processing agreement?

Yes, for company accounts. You sign it electronically in the company area - with a version record and traceable proof of who accepted when. The signed version stays available and printable. An individual account without a company does not sign a DPA.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. The AI providers kontiqo uses are contractually barred from training on the content that passes through the API. Which providers those are is listed in annex 2 of the data processing agreement.

Can I get my data out if I leave?

Yes. You request a full export and receive an archive with all your data and uploaded files by link. And you can delete your account yourself in the settings, without a waiting period.
